Promo Period

  • Promo runs from June 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

Promo Mechanics

  1. Qualified customers for this promo are all new-to-bank RCBC Wealth clients who opened their RCBC Wealth accounts from June 01 to December 31, 2024.

  2. Those already with an existing account with RCBC are no longer qualified for this promo.

  3. To qualify for the cash gift, a new-to-bank RCBC Wealth client (hereon called as the ‘New Client’) must successfully open an account with RCBC Wealth within the promo period, and fulfill the following criteria:

    • Successfully open an RCBC Wealth account and place a minimum Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of P10,000,000.00 with the Wealth Management Group (“RCBC Wealth”).

    • Maintain a TRB of at least P10,000,000.00 with RCBC Wealth for at least six (6) months from the time of account opening.

  1. The cash gift amount that the New Client is eligible to receive will be based on the New Client’s TRB after a 6-month period from initial account opening.

Php 8,000 Cash Gift

  1. The New Client will receive their cash gift via direct crediting to their primary RCBC savings/checking account within thirty (30) days after the 6th month from their account opening date.

  1. The cash gift is not transferable or convertible to other forms of reward or services of the same value.

  2. The New Client entitled to a reward will be notified via call and/or SMS to their registered mobile number by their assigned RCBC Wealth Relationship Manager:

  1. The cash gift credited to the new client’s account at the end of the qualification period will be net of all applicable taxes. RCBC will shoulder the settlement of said taxes.

  2. Cut-off for qualified funded accounts is on December 31, 2024, 11:59PM.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. A client who previously had an RCBC account but closed it, will still be deemed as a non new-to-bank client, and is therefore not eligible for the promo.

  2. New clients must fulfill all of the criteria set out in the promo mechanics in order to qualify for the cash gift reward.

  3. The promo eligibility of clients will be based on the RCBC’s records.

 

FAQs:

  1. Can I still qualify if I am a secondary account holder in an RCBC joint account?

  • All existing RCBC clients, whether as primary or secondary account holder, are no longer qualified for this promo.

  1. Can I still qualify if I previously had an RCBC Wealth account and closed it?

  • Because of your previous account with RCBC Wealth, you technically do not qualify as a “new-to-bank” RCBC Wealth client. Hence, you are no longer eligible for this promo.

  1. Can I opt to receive my cash gift in separate accounts?

  • Yes, as long as these are still RCBC accounts with you as the primary or secondary account holder. For example, if you are eligible to receive Php 100,000, you may opt to have this credited separately:

  • RCBC Account 1: Php 50,000

  • RCBC Account 2: Php 50,000

  1. How do I compute the total reward value I'm going to get?

  • Your reward will be based on your TRB as of the 6th month from your account opening date.
