How to join:

1. To join, register by filling out the Bidder Registration Form and submit it together with the requirements no later than 5:00 PM of June 02, 2023.
2. After successful registration, accomplish the Bid Form, seal it in a letter envelope together with the original copy of the validated bills payment slip for your bid bond (Php 100,000 per lot bid)* as proof of payment and submit it on or before the given deadline to ROPA Auto Sales Department at 34/F of A.T. Yuchengco Centre, BGC, Taguig City, or at the 4/F of RCBC Escario Bldg., N. Escario St., Brgy. Capitol Site, Cebu City.

*Please refer to the Rules in Sealed Bidding on page 2 of the Bid Form. Also find reminders below on the inspection of the units prior to bidding.

3. Bids shall not be entertained unless they are sealed and signed on the envelope flap. Bids with incomplete details will be considered void. A bidder should only have one bid per unit; otherwise, his/her bids will be disqualified.

4. The opening of sealed bids will be held at the 31/F A.T. Yuchengco Centre, BGC, Taguig City; and at 4/F RCBC Escario Bldg., N. Escario St., Brgy. Capitol Site, Cebu City on the following dates and time:

*Bidders are highly encouraged to witness the event via Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed to the bidder upon receipt of his/her sealed bid.

5. Winning bidders shall be notified via call, SMS, and/or email.
