  1. All units are sold on an AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis.
  2. Interested bidders  must inspect the units listed in the List of RCBC Cars for Sale/Sealed Bidding at the RCBC warehouses and verify their condition with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Traffic Management Group (TMG) prior to making a purchase/placing a bid.
