Pursuant to the released BSP Circular 1112, mandating banks to inform customers and the general public on the designation of approvers or signing officers for bank certifications, please be guided by the following:

| Deposit Account Balances | For Branches - Service Manager and Service Officer |
| Treasury Investments | Treasury Clients/Accounts - The Treasury Operations' official signatories as per latest Treasury Secretary's Certificate and following the required signatories as per reference certificate. |
| Consumer Loans | Consumer Loan Accounts - Department Head/Operations Head/Section Head |
| Commercial/Corporate Loans | Commercial/Corporate Loan Accounts - Section Head and Loans Department Head / Loans Officer and Operations Center Head |
| Trade Oustanding Balance | Trade Oustanding Balance - The GL and Reconciliation Department Head (GLRD) (In the absence of the GLRD Head, the Bank Confirmation shall be signed by the FAMD Head or by a designated officer-alternate) |
| Trust Investments | Trust Investments Accounts -Trust Operations Officer, Accounting and Control Section RCBC Trust and Investments Group, Trust Operations Manager RCBC Trust and Investments Group, Trust Operations Division Head RCBC Trust and Investments Group Head |
