UITF DOT Amendment Advisory

Please be informed that we are amending the Declarations of Trust (DOT) of all eleven (11) RCBC UITFs for the following changes effective May 30, 2024.

Correction in the Asset Allocation section in the RCBC US Equity Index Feeder Fund DOT Up to 90% of the Investor Fund shall be invested and reinvested primarily in a single US equity index fund (“Target Fund”) and the remainder in US dollar-denominated deposits or other money market instruments. At least 90% of the Investor Fund shall be invested and reinvested primarily in a single US equity index fund (“Target Fund”) and the remainder in US dollar-denominated deposits or other money market instruments.

 

All other terms and conditions in the DOTs of the RCBC UITFs not affected by the proposed amendments shall remain in full force and effect.
