MERALCO Bills Payment Advisory

There will be a system update to bills payment processing for MERALCO in RCBC Online Banking by October 27, 2021. 

For clients with scheduled payments, please be guided by the following instructions:

1. Cancel the existing Meralco scheduled payments on or before the payment schedule date to avoid error during processing.

2. Re-encode the scheduled payment transactions after October 26, 2021 to ensure successful processing on payment due dates.

For clients with Meralco bills enrolled as frequent biller:

1. Cancel all Meralco frequent biller enrollments.

2. Re-enroll the Meralco bills as frequent biller.
