What if my mode of payment for the insurance premium is via PDCs, what will happen to the checks I issued in favor of the bank?
The bank will continue to track the due date of the checks you issued and such will be remitted to Malayan once they have cleared. If unfunded, Malayan will call you to collect the amount due.
My PDCs need replenishment, how do I go about it?
Please have your PDCs payable to Malayan Insurance Inc. and coordinate the submission to Malayan Insurance by calling Malayan’s Customer Hotline at 8628-8450 or email them at bancassurance@malayan.com
What will happen if my current mode of insurance payment with the bank is thru RCBC ADA?
The bank will continue to debit your nominated RCBC account and payments will be remitted to Malayan. If unfunded, Malayan will contact you to arrange the collection of the amount due.
My insurance payment is part of my loan’s monthly amortization; do I need to do anything?
None. The bank will remit the funds to Malayan on your behalf, once collected.
