PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Debit Card of any variant whose accounts are active.
2. Promo period is from December 10, 2024 to March 31, 2025 at La Guada Mas.
3. Cardholders can get a free Classic Beef or Classic Chicken Nachos for a minimum spend of ₱3,000 using their RCBC Debit Card during the promo period.
4. Promo is valid for dine-in and take-out transactions. La Guada Mas is located at G/F Joya Lofts and Towers , Rockwell Center, Makati.
5. Splitting of transactions to avail of multiple freebies is not allowed.
6. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC and La Guada Mas.
7. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of La Guada Mas and RCBC Debit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Debit Cards.
9. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
