• Simplified Document: We have revised our Terms and Conditions to cover the core products and services of the bank for ease of reference.

• Enhanced Support: We have expanded our customer support mechanism to offer faster and more efficient assistance by way of providing accessible communication channels to your convenience.

• Increased Transparency: We have made our General Terms and Conditions easier to read and understand, so you can clearly grasp your rights and responsibilities as a valuable customer of the bank.

IMPORTANT:  No major changes have been made to your existing Terms and Conditions with the bank. The bank will not require you to disclose any confidential information about your account or share any OTP regarding this advisory.
