Implementation of Electronic Proof of Coverage (ePOC) for Life Insurance Benefit with Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. (SLGFI)

Starting January 15, 2024, Proof of Coverage for the FREE Life Insurance Benefit of clients with OneAccount (those who opt-in), eWoman Savings, eWoman Checking, GoSavers, and Hexagon Club Members will now be digitized and sent directly to their valid registered email address on Bank's record. Clients will receive the copy of their electronic Proof of Coverage (ePOC) within sixty (60) banking days from new account opening/enrollment.

1. What is ePOC? 

  • ePOC stands for Electronic Proof of Coverage which will be issued to qualified clients upon new enrollment/new account opening of the following products:
    • OneAccount*
    • eWoman Savings
    • eWoman Checking
    • GoSavers account
    • Hexagon Club Privilege or Priority 

*For OneAccount, the client must have opted in for the Free Life Insurance add-on. 

2. What are the requirements needed for me to receive my ePOC? 

  • You must meet the eligibility requirements for your availed product/s’ free life insurance benefit
  • You must have a valid and active email address, registered mailing address and contact number on the Bank’s record 

3. How long does it take for me to receive my ePOC after enrollment/account opening? 

  • You will receive your ePOC within sixty (60) banking days of account opening/enrollment via your registered email address. 

4. Are printed POCs still available? 

  • Printed POCs will no longer be made available starting January 15, 2024.

5. If I do not receive my ePOC within sixty (60) banking days of account opening/enrollment, how can I request a copy? 

  • In case of non-receipt, a copy of ePOCs can be requested through SLGFI by calling or emailing them at:
