  3. Open to all home loan applications received through the RCBC Home Loans website only and within the application period only, subject to availment and booking within the booking period.
  4. Open to new and existing RCBC clients and depositors.

  6. Minimum loan amount shall be Php1,000,000.00.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Application is subject to RCBC’s standard credit evaluation policy and guidelines.
  2. The rate discount and waived fees shall not be applied to loans availed with other fixing periods beyond 5 years.
  3. Waived fees inclusive of Appraisal Fee, Handling Fee, and Processing Fee only.
    • Fees other than the ones stated shall be shouldered by the client.
    • Waived fees shall be in the form of reimbursement to the client’s RCBC deposit savings account.
  4. The loan shall be subject to a lock-in period of 60 months (5 years) from the booking date of the loan wherein:
    • The loan shall not be partially paid, pre-terminated, and/or fully paid; and
    • Any request to amend the terms and conditions of the loan shall not be accommodated.
  5. Non-starter and poor starter accounts i.e. clients who fail to pay the first monthly amortization and/or are past due for the first 3 consecutive months shall be required to settle the waived fees and corresponding collection fees.
  6. The promo is non-transferrable and shall not be availed in conjunction with other RCBC promos or programs such as but not limited to Depositors or Hexagon programs.
