2. On the bottom part of the web page, click ‘DOWNLOADABLE FORMS’ under ‘FORMS’,
3. On the dropdown button, select ‘RCBC Trust Corporation’.
4. Click ‘Terms of Use of Electronic Instructions’ to download.
