PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The A LOVE-FILLED SEASON FOR SAVINGS ("PROMO") is a Valentines-themed promotion designed to reward PAYROLL ACCOUNT HOLDERS and COOPERATIVE CLIENTS (“Qualified Accountholders”) by availing featured products or completing the daily challenge, with an objective to highlight financial wellness this love month.

2. The PROMO is open to the following Qualified Accountholders:

  1. PAYROLL ACCOUNT HOLDERS: Depositors with active payroll accounts with RCBC.
  2. COOPERATIVES: Entities that will open a new account with RCBC during the Promo Period.

3. The PROMO will run from February 3 to March 31, 2025 (the “Promo Period”).

Note:

  • The Daily Challenges aim to highlight specific offers on designated days. However, Qualified Accountholders may avail of any offer and receive the corresponding rewards on any day within the Promo Period.
  • All eGCs will be issued through Giftaway and can be redeemed at ANY participating partner merchants. While specific eGC types (e.g., fast food, coffee, or family meals) mentioned above is just to align with the daily themes, Qualified Accountholders may choose other merchants within the Giftaway network.

5. The eGC will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number of the PAYROLL ACCOUNTHOLDERS, and for COOPERATIVES, to the registered email address and nominated mobile number of its Authorized Signatory.

6. The crediting of eGCs will be based on the following schedule:

  1. eGCs for offers highlighted on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday will be credited within one (1) month after the Promo Period.
  2. The winners of the weekly raffle for the offer on Wednesday will be announced after the Promo Period and eGCs will be distributed no later than one (1) month after the end of the Promo.

7. The features of this Promo are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any third person or entity.

8. In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision, in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”), shall be deemed final and irrevocable.

9. Fraudulent transactions will automatically be disqualified from the Promo.

10.  Taxes, if any, will be shouldered by RCBC.

11.  All employees of RCBC are disqualified to join this Promo.
