General Provisions
- This promo is open to select Home and Auto Loan borrowers who are notified about the promo via email at the start of the promo period.
- Qualified customers are entitled to a Php500 Lazada voucher.
- Qualified customers will have to fulfill the corresponding actions below to be eligible for the incentive:
Step 1 - Open an account via the digital account opening platform of RCBC Telemoney at https://www.rcbconlinebanking.com/web/nb/Registration.
Step 2 – Sign up for Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) with your RCBC Telemoney account by completing the ADA form. Please refer to ADA form below
Step 3 - Email the completed form to loans_customercare@rcbc.com. Wait for the email confirmation and follow further instructions, if any.
4. The newly opened RCBC Telemoney account should be on the same name as the RCBC Loan account.
5. To pay for your home or auto loan monthly amortization, simply fund your RCBC account at least 1 day before due date.
6. Eligible clients must indicate their active contact number/s and e-mail address during their RCBC Telemoney online account opening.
7. The home or auto loan account and the newly opened RCBC Telemoney account must be under the same name.
8. Upon validation, qualified customers shall receive an email from RCBC containing the voucher code. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the voucher code and RCBC will not be liable in case the same is lost, stolen or compromised.
9. Qualified customers can only get rewarded a voucher once.
10. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction, and regulation. In case of dispute, RCBC’s decision with DTI’s concurrence will be deemed final and binding on all customers.
