It is a personalized Mastercard contactless debit card, exclusive to Hexagon Club Privilege members.

2. What are the unique features of the Hexagon Club Privilege debit card?

3. How can I avail of the Hexagon Club Privilege debit card’s no ATM withdrawal fees?
Just use your Hexagon Club Privilege debit card at any Bancnet ATM and all your withdrawal transactions shall be free of charge.

4. I received a notification about the changes in ATM fees by April 7, 2021. Will I still continue to enjoy no ATM withdrawal fees after this?
Yes, Hexagon Club members will continue to enjoy ZERO WITHDRAWAL FEE at any BANCNET ATM when you use your Hexagon Club Privilege Debit Mastercard. Please note that while the amount of withdrawal fee will still appear in the transaction slip when withdrawing in a Bancnet non-RCBC ATM, your account will not be charged for this amount.

Additionally, balance inquiry fees will still apply subject to the fees set by the banks operating these ATMs. We recommend that you enroll your account in RCBC Online Banking so you can inquire your account's balance for free.

5. How can I avail of the priority queuing?
Simply present your Hexagon Club Privilege debit card to the branch personnel upon transacting at any RCBC branch.

6. How can I avail of the perks, promos and discounts from RCBC Hexagon Club’s partner merchants?
Simply tap, swipe or insert your Hexagon Club Privilege debit card at any RCBC Hexagon
Club’s partner merchant’s POS terminal upon transaction to avail the said benefits.

8. What do I need to present to request for my Hexagon Club Privilege debit card?

  • One (1) valid photo-bearing government-issued identification card

  • Your old RCBC debit card that needs to be surrendered and replaced

9. Can I replace all of my existing debit cards with Hexagon Club Privilege debit card?
No. A Hexagon Club member is only entitled to one (1) Hexagon Club Privilege debit card. However, you have an option to link your other deposit accounts (up to 8 accounts only) to the said card.

10. What will happen to my old debit card once I upgrade it to Hexagon Club Privilege debit card?
Your old debit card will automatically be deactivated.

11. What if I have more than one deposit account linked to my old debit card?
All of the deposit accounts linked to the old debit card will be unlinked.

12. Can I link my other accounts to the new Hexagon Club Privilege debit card?
Yes. You can link up to eight accounts. Just accomplish the ATM maintenance form to nominate the accounts that you want to link in your Hexagon Club Privilege debit card.

13. Do I need to pay for the Hexagon Club Privilege debit card?
No. Your initial Hexagon Club Privilege debit card is free of charge.

14. When will my Hexagon Club Privilege debit card be available?
Upon visit to an RCBC branch and presenting the requirements, you may claim your card within 3 to 5 banking days for Metro Manila branches and 5 to 7 banking days for provincial branches.

15. What do I do AFTER I receive my Hexagon Club Privilege debit card?
You need to activate your Hexagon Club Privilege debit card before you can use it. To activate the card, you need to insert the card in any RCBC ATM and enter the default 6-digit PIN provided. We encourage you to immediately change the default PIN at the ATM terminal of your branch of account so you can use your Hexagon Club Privilege debit card right away.

16. Will there be a fee if my Hexagon Club Privilege debit card gets lost or stolen?
Yes. The card replacement fee is PhP150.00
