1. The Promo Offer of RCBC Hexagon Club and Viva International Food & Restaurants, Inc. is exclusive to RCBC Hexagon Club Priority Platinum Mastercard Debit Card, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card, RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Debit Mastercard, and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card ("Eligible Cards”) cardholders (“Eligible Clients") during the Mother’s Day Weekend – May 11 to 12, 2024 (“Promo Period”).

3. The Promo Offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, other items, or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or privileges of RCBC, RCBC Credit Cards, and/or Viva International Food & Restaurants, Inc. 

4. Discount may only be availed once per transaction and only one transaction shall be allowed per table. Splitting of transactions to avail multiple discounts shall not be allowed.

5. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen or person with a disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta of Disabled Persons, whichever is higher.

6. Unsuccessful card transactions (i.e. Eligible cards cannot be used to pay for the dining transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the Cardholder to the offer. Payment using any non-eligible Card or in cash is not allowed.

7. The Promo Offer is valid for dine-in or take-out transactions only.

8. In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promotion, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, with the concurrence of DTl, shall be final and binding to all clients.

9. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority Mastercard Debit Card, RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Debit Mastercard, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Cards and Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Cards shall still apply.
