1. Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation ("RCBC") will run the Hexagon Club Fly with Privilege and Priority Promo ("Promo") from January 22 to June 30, 2025 ("Promo Period"). 

2. The Promo is open to all RCBC individual depositors with active Peso Checking Account/Savings Account (“CASA”) within the Promo Period (“Eligible Clients”).

3. To participate, Eligible Clients must:

a. Enroll for the first time** in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority during the Promo Period; and

b. Has at least Php100,000 in total of all Peso CASA Month-to-Date Average Daily Balance (“MTD-ADB”)***, every Cut-off Period

**Clients who were enrolled for Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority membership but delisted, downgraded, or upgraded prior the Promo Period are not eligible. 

***For joint accounts, MTD-ADB will be divided equally among all account holders who are enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority.

4. An Eligible Client who will successfully enroll in Hexagon Club Privilege or Priority will automatically earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every Php100,000 Total of all Peso CASA MTD ADB as of every Cut-off Period, which will entitle them to participate in each e-raffle draw for a chance to win prizes (“Prizes”).  For the number of e-raffle entries, ADB will be rounded down to the nearest Php 100,000 as illustrated below:

Eligible clients  will be notified via SMS, Viber, and/or email  (“Raffle Entries Notification”) regarding the total number of their Raffle Entries, before each Raffle Draw. 

Note: E-raffle entries will be computed per cut-off period of the (1) first raffle draw on 31 March 2025 and (2) grand raffle draw on 30 June 2025. All e-raffle entries earned during the first raffle draw cut-off period on 31 March 2025 will be forfeited after the first raffle draw date on 14 April 2025. Thereafter, new e-raffle entries will be computed upon the grand raffle draw cut-off period on 30 June 2025 for the grand raffle draw date on 14 July 2025.

5. Hexagon Club Enrollment Period, Cut-off Period, Number of Winners, and Prizes for each Raffle Draw/Raffle draw dates are as follows: 

6. There will be two (2) electronic raffle draws (First Raffle Draw and Grand Raffle Draw) for this Promo. All raffle draws will be held virtually on the foregoing Raffle Draw Dates at the 10/F Yuchengco Tower 1, RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala Avenue, Makati City*** and will be witnessed by an authorized representative from the Department of Trade and Industry ("DTI"). 

***Any changes in date or venue will be immediately posted on the RCBC website.

An Eligible Client may only win once for every raffle draw. In case the Eligible Client’s name is drawn more than once during the raffle draw, he/she will be awarded the higher-valued prize and a new winner will be drawn for the lesser-valued prize.

a. First Draw - Eligible Clients who will enroll on or before March 31, 2025 can qualify for the First Draw, where Minor prizes will be awarded.

b. Grand Draw - All Eligible Clients, including winners of the First Draw, can qualify for the Grand Draw, where Major Prizes will be awarded. 

7. Winners will be notified via SMS, Viber, and/or email  (“Winner Notification”) as indicated in their Customer Information File (“CIF”) within thirty (30) banking days from the Raffle Draw Date. Clients must ensure that RCBC has his/her updated mobile number and/or email address on file.

8. To redeem, Winners must follow the process outlined below for each specific prize:

Note: In case of redemption via an authorized representative, a Special Power of Attorney (“SPA”), valid proof of SMS/Viber/Email Winner Notification sent by RCBC, Winner’s Tax Identification Number (TIN), the Winner’s and authorized representative’s valid Government-issued IDs and signed Quit Claim Form are required for submission upon claiming of the Prize.

Without liability, RCBC reserves the right to refuse redemption via an authorized representative if the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, or inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged.

9. Prizes must be redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days from the sending of the Winner Notification. Unclaimed Prize/s after the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of RCBC with prior approval of DTI.

10. Prizes are transferable (except for booked/issued flight tickets),  non-refundable, and non-rebookable. Prizes cannot be sold nor exchanged for cash, items or other travel destinations.

The following restrictions shall apply to flight tickets to Taiwan, Japan and Korea:

• Non-refundable: No refunds will be issued before or after ticket booking/issuance
• Non-rebookable: Changes to travel dates or flight details are not permitted once the ticket has been booked/issued
• Non-transferrable: Tickets cannot be transferred to other individuals once booked/issued

11. RCBC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Raffle Winners. A re-draw will be conducted if at the time of the Raffle Draw:

• Their account's current balance is below Php 100,000;
• Their account has been closed, for whatever reason;
• Their account has been restricted (subject to law/bank’s policies); or
• They are no longer enrolled in Hexagon Club Privilege/Priority.

12. Prizes exceeding Php10,000 shall be subject to a 20% prize tax to be shouldered by RCBC.

13. For the purpose of transparency and credibility of the Promo and redemption of prizes, the Winners allow and authorize RCBC to disclose, process, share, and publish their names, photos, and other particulars as determined by RCBC to any person/s and the public, on RCBC’s website and social media, and other mode or manner as RCBC may deem appropriate, that is not in any way in violation of customer data privacy.

14. By joining this Promo and enrolling to the Hexagon Club Membership, the client confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the Promo Mechanics and the terms and conditions of the Hexagon Club Membership, including, but not limited to, the disclosure and processing of client’s information.

15. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by RCBC.

16. RCBC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, the advertising agencies and print suppliers, including their respective Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members, officers, and employees, and their relatives up to second (2nd) degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified for this Promo.

17. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding.

18. All questions and disputes arising from this promotion will be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the promo period, after which the promotion is considered conclusive.

19. RCBC's policies and procedures, terms and conditions governing deposit accounts and Hexagon Club Membership will still apply.
