PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Hexagon Club Exclusive Deals (“Promo”) will be open to all Hexagon Club Priority Debit Mastercard, Privilege Debit Mastercard and/or Hexagon Club Platinum Mastercard Credit Card cardholders (“Cardholder”).
  2. The Promo will run from February 15 - May 15, 2023 (“Promo Period”).
  3. RCBC Hexagon Club Cardholders are entitled to the following offer:

  4. Hexagon Club Priority Debit Mastercard, Privilege Debit Mastercard and/or RCBC Hexagon Club Platinum Mastercard Credit Card must be used in payment of the Promo offer.
  5. The offers are not convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates and/or any other items/products. It may not be exchanged with any other product offers.
  6. Offer is non-transferable and may only be availed by the RCBC Hexagon Club Cardholders.
  7. Any dispute concerning the services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the customer and Merchant.
  8. Program offer is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, in-house promo or ad promo and other discounts. In the purchase of goods and services, which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount provided or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for persons with disability, whichever is applicable.
  9. In case of dispute, the decision of RCBC with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if a dispute involves a participating merchant and its performance and/or delivery of services to customers, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of RCBC and participating merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
