All new and existing RCBC Online Banking (Retail) Users, who will pay their bills using the platform, are qualified for the Promo.
All bills payment in RCBC Online Banking – Retail must be within the promo duration. (March 26 to June 25, 2018)
At the end of the Promo, there will be an electronic raffle draw to select a winner from the list of qualified participants. The winner will win a total of P120,000 worth of bills payment, shouldered by RCBC for twelve (12) months. RCBC will pay for the winner’s bills of choice up to P10,000 per month.
2. When is the promo period?
The promo will be from 12:00 a.m. of March 26, 2018 to 11:59 p.m. of June 25, 2018.
3. Who can join and win the promo?
This promo is open to new and existing users of RCBC Online Banking (Retail).
To join the Promo, RCBC Online Banking User must successfully have a bills payment transaction via RCBC Online Banking (Retail).
4. How to earn e-raffle entries?
Once the user completes the bills payment in RCBC Online Banking, he/she will earn an e-raffle entry.
The user can earn multiple e-raffle entries. One (1) successful bill payment in RCBC Online Banking (Retail) during the promo duration will equate to one (1) e-raffle entry.
The qualified e-raffle entries for the promo duration will be used for the grand draw, where the winner can receive a total of P120,000 worth of payment for monthly bills for twelve (12) months, which will be shouldered by RCBC.
E-raffle entry will expire after the promo duration.

Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
RCBC shall pay the 20% tax for the prize exceeding P10,000.
On June 26, 2018, 3PM at RCBC Digital Banking Group (12/F, RCBC Savings Corporate Center, Taguig City), an electronic raffle draw will be held in the presence of representatives from DTI, RCBC and Agency.
2. How will the winner be notified?
Winner will be notified via registered mobile number, electronic and registered mail by RCBC.
Announcement of winner will be posted in the RCBC Corporate Website and RCBC Facebook Page.
RCBC reserves the right to refuse delivery of the prize to an authorized representative when the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, or inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged.
3. How and where can the winner claim his/her prize?
Winner must claim the prize at RCBC Digital Banking Group, 12/F RCBC Savings Corporate Center, Taguig City, Metro Manila (Mondays – Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
For provincial winner, winner must send all the required documents listed in their preferred RCBC Business Center (Mondays – Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). All other incidentals (i.e. transportation expense incurred in claiming the prize, representation expense, etc.) shall be shouldered by the winner.
Prize may be claimed until sixty (60) days upon receipt of the SMS and electronic or registered mail. Unclaimed prize within redemption period shall be forfeited in favor or RCBC with prior approval from DTI.
All RCBC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, including its Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members and MasterCard employees including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this Promo.
The winner must present the following when claiming their prize:
One (1) valid and unexpired government issued ID with picture and address
Notification letter from RCBC
RCBC Online Banking Account as entry
SMS/E-mail with the bills payment transaction made via RCBC Online Banking to qualify for the promo.
Once verified by RCBC, winner will select from the list of participating RCBC billers. He/she will allocate a certain amount per enrolled biller of his/her choice. The consolidated list should include the monthly payment date and must sum up to P10,000 per month. To illustrate:

Every last day of the month
The selected biller(s), amount(s) allocated, and monthly payment date(s) for which RCBC will shoulder cannot be changed by the winner.
Regardless if the amount due for the month is less or more than the allocated amount for a specific biller, only the agreed allocation would be shouldered by RCBC.
Bills payment that will be shouldered by RCBC should be automatically processed within two (2) business days. Unsuccessful bills payment will be subject to reconciliation and will be reposted the following day.
