RCBC Online-Corporate (ROC) is the Bank's newest corporate banking channel
that lets clients manage their RCBC corporate accounts online. Through ROC,
clients can manage their corporate accounts more efficiently and conveniently by
allowing them to do the following banking functions via the internet:
Balance Inquiry, Viewing of Transaction History,
Initiation of Fund Transfers and Payments and Sending of Requests and Instructions to the Bank.
The Bank’s comprehensive suite of Corporate Cash Management (CCM)
products and services can likewise be accessed via ROC.
Through ROC, clients can initiate cash management transactions and instructions and view/inquire the statuses of these transactions online and real-time.
Product Features and Benefits
Account Portfolio: this feature provides the client a real-time snapshot of the balances of the enrolled accounts. Balances (current and available) can be viewed by account type, and are also listed and summarized by currency, effectively showing the client its total cash position with the Bank.
Transaction History: this feature assists the clients in managing the accounts by providing the historical view of fund movements of its enrolled accounts for up to two years.
Flexible Workflow Profile Control:all financial transactions in ROC are subject to a workflow profile. The client may elect to have different approval workflow procedures and transaction limits per product or transaction type. Transaction will only be effected once the approval hierarchy is satisfied.
Customizable Dashboard: this feature allows clients to customize their dashboard/ home page by adding, hiding or rearranging the menu icons and/or widgets depending on the client’s preference and frequently used functionalities.
Fund Transfers: intra-bank and inter-bank fund transfers, whether local or international, are available to the clients making it easy to move funds between enrolled accounts.
Upload Facility: this feature allows clients to enroll participating accounts as well as to post financial transactions in bulk (i.e. multiple records) by uploading the enrollment file or transaction file in the prescribed format. Bank forms can also be exchanged between the client and the Bank through the forms upload facility.
Other Online Banking Services: these features allow the client to experience a complete banking experience online. Clients can initiate requests or send instructions to the Bank online. Depending on the nature of request/instruction,
fulfillment of transaction may be effected online or upon client’s visit to the Bank/Branch of Account.
