RCBC recently opened its second E-Biz Center at the Quadstar Building in Greenhills, San Juan. The new facility is housed together with the satellite offices of three other YGC member companies, Malayan Insurance, YGC Financials and Grepalife and offers customers phone banking, internet banking, and ATM services. Together the one-stop shop YGC office is called the YGC Center-Greenhills.

RCBC's latest E-Biz Center will be supervised by Unimart Business Center headed by Beth dela Paz and will be manned by Customer Relations Officer Claent Malasaga. RCBC's first E-Biz Center was put up in Metro Cebu.
