RCBC Mobile Banking

Modern times need modern service so why not make use of your mobile phone for your basic financial needs? With RCBC’s Mobile Banking Facility, being able to do basic banking transactions is just an SMS away. Through this facility, you can have a direct access to your account balance, transfer funds, download your transaction history, pay bills, reload your Smart/Globe phones, and load your RCBC myWallet.

With this technology your ordinary banking is made safer and more convenient without the hassle of looking for ATM machines and going to our business centers. Now, your mobile device is just as good as your regular ATM machine.

TXT Convenience through RCBC Mobile Banking

Please follow the instructions indicated below to avail of the RCBC Mobile Banking:

FOR SMART USERS:

  • Go to SMART menu and select MOBILE BANKING
  • Click on ACTIVATE. Then press OK
  • You will receive a confirmation message that your menus have been activated

To activate enrolled bank

  • Go to SMART menu and select MOBILE BANKING
  • Select ACTIVATE BANK. Then press OK
  • Enter the bank code “RCB”. Then press OK
  • Confirm activation by pressing OK
  • Enter your ATM PIN. Then Press OK
  • You will receive a confirmation message via SMS.
  • RCBC Mobile Banking will be displayed in your Mobile Banking SMART menu.

FOR GLOBE USERS:

  • Log on to www.bancnetonline.com
  • Click on RCBC icon
  • Fill out Registration online form
  • Upon successful registration, you will receive your MPIN on screen
  • You will receive your Account Key via SMS after a few minutes
