Employee Payments Service
Employees' salary distribution is more convenient with the Employee Payments Service. The Employee Payments Service is RCBC's payroll facility that allows clients to conveniently send payroll instructions to credit the RCBC accounts of their employees. The company simply uploads the payroll file through RCBC Enterprise Banking Internet facility or saves the payroll file via diskette then sends to the RCBC branch one hour after successful transmission of the file to RCBC, employee accounts will be credited for the net amount of the salary.

The payroll file saved in a diskette is forwarded to the RCBC Branch for processing. Employees' account are credited on the same day that the payroll file is received by RCBC

A corporate client enrolled in the Enterprise Banking Internet Facility may have the access to upload the payroll. Once the payroll file has been uploaded and has undergone the necessary approval, the employees' accounts are credited an hour after.
