A. COLLECTION SERVICES
1. Bills Collection
Through the Bills Collection facility, your subscribers or policyholders may rmit their payments, either in local currency or USD, through any of RCBC's strategically located business centers nationwide, myRCBC Access One, or myRCBC Phone Banking.
A Daily Collection Report summarizing all collections received may be transmitted electronically via e-mail or may be viewed through the Enterprise Banking Internet facility.
2. Check Manager
Through the Check Manager collection facility, safekeeping or custodianship of your company’s post-dated checks is outsourced to RCBC. The status of the PDCs in RCBC's custody may be viewed or monitored through the Enterprise Banking Internet facility.
>3. Via Pick-up at Premises (or Deposit Pick-up)
Through the Agent Collection service via Pick-up at Premises, RCBC’s fleet of armored cars is dispatched to your outlets or offices to pick up funds. Pick-up of funds may be on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. At your option, a daily Collection report containing the collection details may be generated and transmitted via e-mail.
4. RCBC Payment Gateway
Through the RCBC Payment Gateway, you can conveniently and securely pay participating Internet merchants through the internet. To facilitate payments, you simply have to log on to and click on the link to the RCBC Payment Gateway Internet facility.
The RCBC Payment Gateway initially accepts corporate tax payments initiated through Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and import permits to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

B. PAYMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
1. Employee Payments Service
Pay your employees’ salaries and agents' commissions conveniently1 you can send your payroll instructions electronically through the RCBC Enterprise Banking Internet facility or via diskette, and we will credit the salaries to your employees' payroll accounts.
2. Check Writer Facility
Through this facility, your check printing requirements in the form of Manager's Checks (MCs) are outsourced to RCBC.
To facilitate printing of checks, you simply have to transmit the instruction through the Enterprise Banking Internet facility. At your option, the checks printed may be released to you or directly to you company's suppliers.
C. ELECTRONIC BANKING FACILITIES
Enterprise Banking Internet Facility
Through the RCBC Enterprise Banking Internet Facility, you can access RCBC anytime, from anywhere in the world by logging on to and clicking on the link to the RCBC Enterprise Banking Internet facility. Through the Enterprise banking Internet facility, ultimate banking convenience is available to corporate and business customers who can now do any of the following transactions 24X7:
- Accounts Inquiry - displays the real-time available and current balance for each enrolled account. For easy viewing, the accounts are grouped per currency.
- Transaction History - Displays the transactions for the selected account. You can view, print, or download transactions for the current day up to the previous two (2) calendar months.
AUTOMATIC DEBIT ARRANGEMENT (ADA)
This RCBC product is a collection channel that is available to corporate clients or billers enrolled in the RCBC Enterprise Banking internet facility. This product will automate collection of bills or dues by debiting the payor’s RCBC account that is enrolled in Entreprise Banking. The features of the product are as follows:
- Corporate billers can conveniently collect payments anytime and anywhere by logging in to www.rcbc.com.
- It would address the technical requirements of the corporate billers because it allows customization of the following:
- Collection Module
- Reports
- ADA can facilitate the immediate posting of collections to the client’s Accounts Receivable (a/r) system, so RCBC may provide the same day or next day reporting of collections through the client’s designated or authorized report recipient’s e-mail address.
- Collection is centrally credited to the designated account of the corporate client on-line, real time, or at the end of the day.
- Payors or subscribers may open any if the RCBC’s current or savings account.
